2nd Regional Hospitality and Culinary Convention

 

The Culinary and Hospitality stream of this convention aims to examine “up and coming” paradigms and innovative practices within the broader hospitality and culinary realm.

The objective of this Convention is to explore contemporary and future issues in culinary and hospitality industry and exchange ideas and information on the state of the art research between academe,experts and practitioners.
