Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting management or entire departments.
- Provides administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Other Responsibilities Includes:
- Schedule Meetings – Alert management of cancellations or new meetings.
- Manage and book travel flights.
- Bank Errands and bills payment.
- Updating reports.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
- Coordinate office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Takes and transcribe dictation.
- Relay Activities, instructions, and assignment to executives.
- Receive and relay telephone messages
